Neal has been working on Chevron Island since 1998 so he knows the market here pretty well.
Neal moved here from the UK with his wife and decided that he would once again try real estate. As can be imagined, it was very different from the UK but much more enjoyable.
Neal can honestly say that he has made many many friends through buying and selling on Chevron Island and hopefully he has the respect of every client he has dealt with. Neal is very honest when it comes to appraisals of properties but his many years of experience equips him well and his product knowledge is second to none, which has meant he has lost a few listings to other agents, but he usually gets them back when they haven’t sold.

I have known Fraser on both a personal and professional level for over 30 years, during that time Fraser has handled all aspects of management on several residential properties I have owned and continues to manage one today. I have found Fraser to be honest, prompt and professional in all my dealings with him, he is a real estate agent you can trust and as such comes highly recommended by me.
I have multiple properties that are managed by Fraser. He is by far the most professional and dedicated property manager I've ever worked with and he truly goes the extra mile both for my tenants and myself. He is a person of impeccable integrity and is extremely responsive. I would recommend Fraser to any investor/ landlord.
I have bought and sold 3 properties on Chevron Island through Neal and I don’t think I'd use anyone else. His honesty and knowledge of prices on the island are second to none and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends and family.
When my mother had to sell her unit Chevron Island, as she became too old for the stairs, she insisted that we contact Neal to sell it. When we first met him, we were very impressed with his knowledge and after talking with him for a while we could understand why Mum wanted him to sell the unit. It took 6 weeks to sell the unit, but we got a record price for it and Neal kept us informed all the way along and we couldn't be more happy with his services and now it’s not only my mum who
