I commenced my real estate career in Canberra in 1986 after 20 years in the Public Service and started my own business in 1990.1 moved to the Gold Coast in 2002 and joined Mona Kennedy Realty in 2005. I became the sole owner following Monas retirement in approx. 2008. Apart from being Principal of Chevron Realty I am also a licensed Real Estate agent and Auctioneer of some 30 years standing. I am a Life member of Apex;an ex Rotarian and am currently the President of the Chevron Island Traders Association. My experience and expertise developed over the years enables me to offer an unrivalled real estate service at all levels of business. I am a member of the REIQ.

media are by far the most significant changes in the real estate industry and have both impacted on how we as real estate agents now go about our business.

Fraser Coop has been a Gold Coast local since 1967 and commenced his career in Real Estate in 1985 at Surfers Paradise Real Estate where he worked with his family for thirteen years. Fraser obtained his full Real Estate Licence and moved to Lords Real Estate at Broad beach until he moved to Chevron Island in 2002. Fraser joined Chevron Realty [formally Mona Kennedy Realty]as a Senior Property Manager and has remained a loyal employee since that time. Fraser’s experience over may years spent working within the Real Estate industry shows a solid product knowledge, work ethic, attention to detail and the ability to work with owners, tradesmen & tenants to achieve the best results.
I’ve been working on Chevron Island since 1998 so I think I know the market here pretty well.
I moved here from the UK with my wife and decided that I would once again try real estate. As you can imagine, it was very different from the UK but much more enjoyable.

Kerry Evenson has had an extensive real estate career over approx. 25 years encompassing various roles as a Property Manager, Personal Assistant, Sales Administrator and Receptionist/ Administrator.
Her welcoming, friendly personality combined with background knowledge enables Kerry to offer customers the highest level of assistance and advice to answer their enquiries and meet their diverse requirements.
Paul Randell moved to the Gold Coast in 1986 as was a Director of Knight Frank for 10 years.
In 1998 he joined PRD Realty and was General Manager of their Corporate Office during the 10 years before moving to the USA.
He lived in Hawaii for 6 years and was an Agent during this time. Paul has a wealth of knowledge and experience which he makes available to his clients and customers.
